Your Impact as a UX/UI Designer

As a UX/UI Designer, you will help shape outstanding user experiences and directly impact the success of our products. You'll achieve this by creating flawless UI and UX designs, guiding them from initial conceptualization through to final delivery. Your approach will be human-first, ensuring that products delight users by being both highly effective and aesthetically pleasing.

Key Responsibilities

• Make use of prototyping tools to ensure your designs are intuitive and to explore new, innovative ways of designing interactions.
• Work closely with product managers and software engineers to propose new features and improve the quality of both mobile and desktop apps.
• Focus on user testing and research to ensure our customers are always at the core of our product designs.
• Find, together with engineers, the most efficient trade-off between high-value solutions for users and the complexity of implementation.
• Leverage usage data to evaluate the impact of your designs, and apply your learnings to the next iterations.

Work Arrangement & Location

This is a full-time, permanent or fixed-term contract. The role can be based in our offices in Milan (Italy), London (UK), Madrid (Spain), Warsaw (Poland), or remotely in selected countries. To facilitate a quick ramp-up and seamless integration into our culture, we highly recommend spending your first few months working from our Milan office, with generous travel and accommodation assistance provided.

The Bending Spoons Selection Process
