Role Overview - Support Operations Manager
As the Support Operations Manager, you will improve customer support operations through various projects. You are responsible for ensuring a fast, consistent, and reliable support experience while collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch new tools such as chatbots. Additionally, you will work on strengthening relationships with key B2B customers and explore opportunities to promote new product offers.
Key Responsibilities
- Improve and optimize customer support workflows and tools.
- Coordinate activities to deliver consistent, fast, and reliable customer assistance.
- Collaborate on the launch and refinement of support tools.
- Strengthen B2B customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.
- Execute strategic projects for increased customer engagement.

Commitment, Contract & Location
This is a full-time, permanent or fixed-term role. Positions are available in Milan, London, Madrid, Warsaw or remotely in selected countries. Initially, you are encouraged to work from the Milan office to quickly integrate into the Bending Spoons culture.
