About the People & Business Graduate Program
As part of the People & Business Graduate Program, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth administrative and people-centric operations across Bending Spoons. This program is designed to provide comprehensive exposure and development in various aspects of human resources and business administration within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring outstanding experiences and handling administrative updates like contract changes, system updates, and document processing.
- Steer the people side of extraordinary administrative operations, including new business acquisitions, internal reorganizations, legal restructuring, and share option plans.
- Manage job-offer processes end-to-end, covering monitoring, negotiation, providing relevant information, and supporting international employees with visas and documentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement exceptional employee welfare and benefits initiatives.
- Support new office launches by coordinating administrative workstreams, conducting due diligence on local requirements, and establishing administrative blueprints.
- Stay updated with international workplace laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and effective enforcement across organizations, often in collaboration with external consultants.
