Responsibilities
- Manage job-offer processes end-to-end, including monitoring, negotiation, providing relevant information, and supporting international employees with visas and required documentation. Leverage automation to streamline preparation, coordination, and follow-through.
- Support new office launches by coordinating the administrative workstream, conducting due diligence on local requirements, and building and maintaining the administrative blueprint.
- Steer the people side of extraordinary administrative operations, including new business acquisitions, internal reorganizations, legal restructuring, and share option plans.
- Stay up-to-date with workplace international laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and effective enforcement across our organizations, in collaboration with external consultants.
- Work cross-functionally to develop and implement exceptional employee welfare and benefits initiatives.
- Guide smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, delivering outstanding experiences while handling administrative updates such as contract changes, system updates, and document processing. Continuously improve underlying workflows through automation and AI-enabled tools.
