Responsibilities
- Create exceptional visual assets across all touchpoints, including paid and organic social content, product visuals, branding materials, and presentation decks.
- Produce high-performing, aesthetically pleasing, and rapidly delivered work, owning the quality of every deliverable from brief to final output.
- Master your craft and raise the bar by developing deep expertise in your primary discipline (motion, graphic design, illustration, etc.) and building skills in adjacent areas.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance creative output, from concept generation and visual exploration to accelerating production workflows, staying ahead of industry possibilities.
- Deliver high-volume work across multiple projects and priorities consistently without sacrificing quality, making smart trade-offs between craft and urgency.
- Execute with business awareness, understanding project goals, target audience, and success metrics to make strategically purposeful design decisions.
- Take initiative by spotting opportunities, proposing ideas, flagging gaps, and proactively creating work that can have a significant impact.
