About the Role
Bending Spoons is building one of the all-time great companies by acquiring digital businesses, leveraging technology and expertise, and driving rapid growth. As a Graduate Privacy Counsel - AI and Product, you will contribute to shaping privacy-compliant products and technologies.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Security) to embed privacy-by-design principles.
- Identify privacy risks and opportunities early in product development.
- Manage privacy-related legal work including DPAs, privacy policies, LIAs, and DPIAs.
- Conduct privacy audits and coordinate with external consultants and legal advisors.
- Monitor evolving privacy regulations and communicate insights internally.

Commitment & Contract
This is a permanent or fixed-term full-time role.
Location & Selection Process
The role is based in Milan (Italy), London (UK), or remote. Initial months are recommended at the Milan office to rapidly absorb company culture. The selection process includes tests and a series of challenging interviews.
