Responsibilities

• Accounting: Prepare accurate financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting principles.
• Financial Planning and Control: Develop comprehensive reports, manage budgets, and align spending with financial objectives.
• Due Diligence & Investor Relations: Evaluate target companies, oversee audits, and maintain stakeholder documentation.
• Audit Preparation: Enhance internal controls and facilitate both external and internal audits.
• Equity Plans: Optimize equity plans and support employee inquiries.
• Fiscal Optimization: Identify fiscal incentives and design the intercompany flow strategy.

Requirements

We look for strong reasoning ability, high drive, team spirit, and proficiency in English. Your ability to solve complex problems and think from first principles will be key.

Location & Commitment

This role is based in Milan, London, or remote. For optimal onboarding, initial work in Milan is encouraged with full travel and accommodation assistance. The role is full-time, permanent or fixed-term.
