Bending Spoons is building one of the all-time great companies. As the Chief of Staff to the CFO Europe, you will have the opportunity to work alongside top talent, support financial operations, and contribute to strategic initiatives that drive growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting: Assist in preparing accurate financial statements and ensuring compliance with accounting principles.
• Financial Planning and Reporting: Contribute to budgeting, financial tracking and comprehensive performance reports.
• Due Diligence & Investor Relations: Support financial evaluation, transaction reviews and stakeholder communications.
• Audit Preparation: Help enhance internal controls and coordinate audit processes.
• Equity Plans & Fiscal Optimization: Manage equity plan administration and assist with fiscal strategy and intercompany flow.
