About the Role
Bending Spoons is seeking a driven and collaborative individual to step into the role of Chief Of Staff To The CEO People. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with the leadership team on people strategy, talent management, and organizational development after an intensive 6- to 12-month training period.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end key people projects like talent reviews, relocation programs, and people integration plans.
- Support executive decision-making with data analysis, structured reporting, and process improvements.
- Represent the CEO in people forums, leadership sessions, and HR strategy reviews.
- Address operational challenges including visa processes, onboarding improvements, and policy coordination with Legal and Finance.

Selection Process
