About the Role - Chief of Staff to CFO
At Bending Spoons, you will join a dynamic team driving financial excellence and strategic operations. You will assist the CFO with accounting, financial planning, due diligence, audit preparations, equity plans, and fiscal optimization.
Responsibilities
- Support preparation of accurate financial statements and reports.
- Assist in financial planning, budgeting, spending tracking and reporting.
- Support due diligence, investor relations and documentation for board meetings.
- Coordinate audit preparations and enhance internal controls.
- Support administration and optimization of equity plans.
- Assist in identifying fiscal incentives and designing intercompany flows.

Location & Work Arrangement
Positions available in Milan (Italy), London (UK) or remote. While remote work is an option, initial months in Milan are highly recommended.
