A Few Examples of Your Responsibilities

• Search with unsparing scrutiny for ways to improve everything, from products to processes, then pilot the most promising ideas into measurable wins—architecting initiatives, iterating fast, extracting crucial findings that can be applied forward.
• Write honest and inspiring texts for Spooners, our customers, and the world at large to communicate our culture, the value of our products, and our vision as a company.
• Plan and deliver outstanding events and initiatives for your fellow Spooners. You’ll manage all details from brief to budget to post-mortem, ensuring every aspect contributes to making our workplace one of the best on earth.

Compensation grows rapidly with experience and impact. Exceptional candidates may receive higher compensation. Permanent contract holders can access company equity at a discounted price.

The Selection Process

Successful candidates will complete challenging tests, which may involve unfamiliar problems and take several hours. We set a high bar and an offer is extended only when we are confident in the right candidate. This may mean roles remain open for months or are reposted.
