About The Role
As an Internal Sales professional at our close-knit branch in Raymond Terrace, you will provide exceptional customer service and sales support to clients in the electrical industry. - Providing solutions and an in-store experience that inspires our customers.
- Managing sales orders, quotes, and customer projects.
- Building relationships with suppliers to ensure margins are maintained.
- Responding to customer queries and making follow-up calls.
A Bit About You
We're looking for someone with positive energy and high motivation to become an expert in the field. You should be passionate about building strong working relationships with new and existing customers. Experience in electrical wholesaling, trades, or the building/construction industry is highly regarded, though comprehensive product training will be provided.
