Overview

The PhD Academic Consultant role at BeMo Academic Consulting is a part-time, remote opportunity where you help students by critiquing their application documents and conducting admissions interview preparation.

A Day in The Life

You will review and critique application documents and conduct mock interviews to help students improve their performance. The role requires a genuine passion for mentoring and self-directed learning.

What You Will Do

  • Review application documents and provide detailed feedback.
  • Conduct mock interviews with students.
  • Mentor students and contribute to operational improvements.

We’d Love to Hear From You If You

  • Hold or are completing a PhD (preferably in Life Sciences, Chemistry, or Physics).
  • Reside in the United States or Canada.
  • Can work at least 20 hours per week.
  • Can provide same-day or 12-hour notice services.
  • Are fluent in English; French is a bonus.
  • Work independently with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Maintain a quiet, distraction-free workspace with reliable internet.
