Technical Product Owner - AI Products

As a key leader, you will work directly with multiple teams across development and program/product management, to build and launch software product solutions and drive associated programs for Belzabar Software Design India Private Limited.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy and Roadmap Development: Work directly with the founders to define and articulate the product vision and strategy. Develop and maintain product roadmaps that align with business objectives and market needs.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to gather requirements, prioritise features, and ensure successful product delivery.
• Documentation: Create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Vision and Scope documents, and functional requirements, that communicate product functional and nonfunctional requirements to the sprint development team.
• Refine requirements into backlog items such as Epics, Features, and User Stories for the sprint team.
• Coordinate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and releases with engineering, GenAI engineers, full stack engineers, QA, and DevOps to ensure timely, production‑grade deliveries.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze product performance metrics post-launch to identify areas for improvement and ensure products meet user expectations and business objectives.
• Innovation and Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities for product enhancements and innovations that will drive growth and improve user satisfaction.
• Process and massage complex business needs, converting them into easy-to-understand functional and nonfunctional requirements for the engineering team.
• Manage the product roadmap and ensure that products are aligned with business goals.
• Develop and manage product budgets.
• Track product performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Communicate with stakeholders to keep them informed of product progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 8-16 years of experience in product management, with a focus on technical products.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Good experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Awareness of GenAI technology, LLMs, AI agents, and Agent workflow automation.
• Previous experience with GenAI and Agentic AI or RPA is a big plus.
• Certifications in Product Owner, BA, and Agile disciplines.
