At Bell, tech product managers like you lead products that impact how our customers connect, work, learn and play. As a member of this multi-skilled team, you will partner with other like-minded professionals to lead exceptional customer experiences through cost-effective project delivery.

You’ll accelerate the pace of development, manage innovative and emerging product lines, drive product lifecycle management, use case development, business adoption, and more. You’ll bring the unique, best-in-class competitive benchmarking, analysis and business planning perspectives to the team that only you can offer.

Summary

This role is critical because Bell is operating in a fast-evolving AI landscape where Contact Center AI and Agentic AI technologies change rapidly, and we need someone who can keep up technically while thinking strategically about how to extract maximum business value. The role blends rare technical AI fluency with strong product and business strategy, enabling us to make the right build, buy, and partner decisions. With a very aggressive roadmap, this person will tie together architecture, vendors, and business priorities to ensure our AI investments are focused, validated, and delivering real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve product strategy for Contact Center AI and Agentic AI solutions
  • Identify market opportunities and customer problems in CX automation and AI driven service
  • Lead customer discovery, competitive analysis, and technology scouting
  • Drive short and long term product roadmaps aligned with business goals

Critical Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or Product Strategy
  • Strong background in product strategy, discovery, and roadmap ownership
  • Solid knowledge of conversational AI and agentic AI systems
  • Comfortable working with architects and engineers on AI systems, SaaS platforms, and API integrations
  • Proven ability to evaluate technologies and vendors and make strategic recommendations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
