The Floating Maintenance Manager manages, directs, supervises and performs maintenance services for the community and supervises the Maintenance staff. Responsibilities include interior and exterior maintenance, repairs, and grounds keeping to ensure the beauty, safety, security, and wellbeing of the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, train and supervise maintenance associates
- Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide feedback
- Maintain community grounds and coordinate vendor services
- Respond to repair requests and ensure proper maintenance protocols
- Ensure safety compliance including OSHA requirements
