Overview
The IT Project Manager at Belk is responsible for defining, planning, tracking and managing technology projects to meet project objectives within agreed cost, timescale, and quality parameters. This role is the primary point of contact for the project and ensures that the right resources and skills are in place.
Project Planning
Organizes work into manageable packages or phases to effectively meet project milestones:

- Creates a detailed project plan with clear priorities

Project Delivery
Coordinates team activities to meet milestones while managing changes:

Relationship Management & Guidance
Maintains effective communication with stakeholders and offers advisory support:

Resourcing & Team Coordination
Allocates responsibilities and builds strategic relationships for effective project execution:
