Job Summary

The Enterprise Reference Architecture Lead is responsible for the strategic management, governance, and continuous improvement of Belden's central repository of full stack solution blueprints and reference architectures. This role ensures the Common Reference Architecture (CRA) platform remains a dynamic and authoritative source, supporting reusability, consistency, and scalability across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee design, development, and commissioning of a full stack dynamic reference architecture platform.
• Manage day-to-day operations, content governance, and continuous improvement of the CRA platform.
• Develop and enforce standards for design documentation including blueprints, diagrams, BOMs, and guides.
• Review and approve new reference architectures ensuring technical compliance.
• Curate content ensuring designs are easily accessible; manage user access and permissions.
• Train and support field teams on effective CRA platform usage in collaboration with internal and external teams.

What You Bring

• Strong background in technical program management and systems/platform development lifecycle management.
• Experience in strategic management, governance, and continuous improvement of architectural repositories.
• Expertise in validating systems architecture, vendor management, and external tool evaluations.
• Solid understanding of full stack solutions within OT and IT applications.
• Proven ability to develop standards for design documentation.
• Effective training and support skills for diverse field teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
