Key Responsibilities
- Calendar & Email Management: Coordinate schedules, respond to correspondence, and prioritize tasks.
- Grant & Donor Management: Research funding opportunities and manage donor databases.
- Event & Fundraising Coordination: Organize events and assist with fundraising campaigns.
- Presentation & Reporting: Design presentations, create reports, and organize financial data.
- Social Media Management: Promote campaigns and donor outreach across platforms.
- CRM Administration: Maintain non-profit CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Raiser’s Edge.
- Project Management: Oversee project timelines and streamline processes.
- Travel & Logistics Coordination: Arrange travel and accommodations for events.
Key Qualifications & Attributes
Applicants should have at least 1 year of administrative experience (3+ preferred), be tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and non-profit CRMs, and possess strong communication skills. A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and availability during business hours (Monday–Friday) for at least 15 hours per week are essential. Tech requirements include a reliable internet connection and familiarity with Zoom, Slack, and Asana. A background check, fingerprinting, and a signed NDA may be required before contracting.
