About Belay MedLocker®
The Belay MedLocker® is a smart, wall-mounted emergency medication station designed for schools, universities, and public spaces. It securely stores life-saving medications (such as epinephrine and naloxone) while keeping them highly visible and rapidly accessible in emergencies. MedLocker® uses smart technology, including a Wi-Fi–enabled camera, alarm system, and mobile app, to monitor access, provide alerts, and support compliance, without requiring keys.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide phone, email, and video support during MedLocker® setup
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to cameras, alarms, and app connectivity
- Clearly communicate technical steps to non-technical users
- Document recurring issues and solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams when escalations are required
Qualifications
- Comfortable working with hardware + software systems
- Familiarity with Wi-Fi networks, routers, and connected devices (IoT experience a plus)
- Strong communication skills and patience when guiding customers
- Prior experience in technical support, dealing with firewall issues during installations, IT support, or customer support preferred
- Organized, responsive, and able to work independently
