To support this acceleration, we are expanding our team and looking for a new Data profile to join us in 2026.” Within the Data & Analytics team, you will work in a rich technological environment centered around the GCP (Google Cloud Platform) solution. You will contribute to building BEL's data assets as well as implementing use cases that meet the needs of our various business units (Manufacturing, Supply, Marketing, R&D, etc.). You will also participate in projects that migrate legacy data systems to GCP, playing an active role in executing the group’s Data strategy.Your Main Responsibilities
- Design and develop data loading and transformation pipelines on GCP using DBT.
- Ensure the quality and integrity of data throughout the development lifecycle.
- Apply best development practices and maintain CI/CD processes for continuous integration and deployment of data projects via GitLab.
- Monitor and manage incidents.
- Participate in peer review and validation of Pull Requests with other Data Engineers.
- Automate data infrastructure using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
- Document architectures, pipelines, and best practices.
- Stay up to date with technology trends and share insights with the team during dedicated sessions.
Skills
- Expertise in DBT for data transformation.
- Excellent knowledge of SQL.
- Experience in Python for scripting and developing data tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and associated services (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Cloud Run, Composer, etc.).
