Your Role as Specialist HR Data Management & Reporting at Beiersdorf

As a Specialist HR Data Management & Reporting, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with reporting directives and supporting key HR initiatives at Beiersdorf. This position is temporary for 2 years and offers the opportunity to contribute to vital corporate reporting functions.

Your Tasks

• CSRD: Co-implement and ensure compliance with the continuously evolving Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) requirements for the Annual Report.
• Annual Report: Support the creation of the Annual Report, including the calculation of HR KPIs, in close collaboration with LPG and tesa.
• Annual General Meeting: Support the preparation of HR related content for the Annual General Meeting, including KPI calculations and text collection.
• HR Reporting: Support standard and ad hoc HR reporting activities.
• Global Reporting: Support the transition and further development of Global HR Reporting.

Your Profile

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to structure and detail.
• Passionate for data and its linkage to business processes and enthusiastic about people.
• Self-confident in communications on all levels, able to express information appropriate for target audiences.
• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written), further languages are welcome.
• Very good team player with intercultural competence.
• University degree in business science or comparable Degree.
• Very good handling of common MS Office applications, especially Excel (for example Pivot) and PowerPoint; VBA knowledge is of advantage.
• Profound Power BI knowledge is of advantage.
• BI experience is of advantage.
• HR experience is of advantage.
