About the role

Media Data & Analytics Manager

Beiersdorf is seeking a Media Data & Analytics Manager to lead the Media Data & Analytics domain for FBNL, ensuring consistency across all brands. You will define media data and analytics needs in collaboration with key stakeholders, including the Head of iCom, Planning Lead, and Activation Managers, ensuring alignment with regional expectations.

Your responsibilities will include connecting various data sources with the CMI team to generate media performance reports and analyses of business impact. This will involve a holistic view of consumer behavior, integrating media, panel, market, and financial data. You will establish standards and best practices for seamless, consistent, and understandable data flow across the organization. Additionally, you will ensure the quality and reliability of media data, promptly reporting any anomalies to relevant parties, including the region and media agency.

CMM Governance

You will lead the annual update of the CMM with the media agency and region, serving as the primary contact for the MU on consulting matters. You will prepare and facilitate working sessions with brand and e-commerce teams to integrate CMM insights into the annual media planning process. You will act as the CMM referent throughout the year for all internal teams and train new brand managers and eCom performance managers on CMM usage and principles.

Campaign Management

You will prepare and lead the monthly ComC meeting, ensuring that media and brand teams fully understand campaign insights. You will translate these insights into concrete, actionable recommendations for future campaign planning. Key learnings will be systematically shared with the region to maintain global consistency.

Your Profile

  • At least 5 years of experience in data analytics, ideally in a media or marketing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and proven ability to manipulate, interpret, and synthesize complex data.
  • Excellent communication skills to simplify technical analyses for non-expert audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, demonstrating intercultural sensitivity.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French and/or Dutch is a significant advantage.
