Your Opportunity as a Product Analyst
As a Product Analyst on BeGig, you’ll work on freelance projects focused on using data to inform product decisions, improve user experiences, and drive measurable business outcomes. You’ll partner closely with product managers and engineering teams to turn insights into action—without the constraints of a traditional full-time role.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze product usage data to identify trends, opportunities, and issues
- Define and track product KPIs, metrics, and success criteria
- Build dashboards and reports to support product decision-making
- Conduct funnel, cohort, and retention analyses
- Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments
- Translate data insights into clear product recommendations
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams
- Support roadmap planning with data-driven insights
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across product analytics
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in product analytics or data analysis
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA, Looker, etc.)
- Experience building dashboards and data visualizations
- Strong understanding of product metrics, funnels, and experimentation
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with data modeling and analytics best practices
- Experience working with product teams in agile environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A self-driven freelancer who can independently own product analysis projects
