Your Opportunity
Join BeGig as an IoT Engineer and help companies design, build, and launch smart, connected devices. You will enable innovation in smart homes, industrial IoT, wearables, and more by building robust, scalable IoT solutions.
Role Overview
- Design, develop, and test IoT devices, sensors, and edge computing solutions.
- Develop embedded software and integrate with cloud IoT platforms such as AWS IoT, Azure IoT, or Google IoT Core.
- Ensure reliable device-to-cloud communication and real-time data streaming.
- Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and cloud teams for full-stack delivery.
- Optimize for security, scalability, and energy efficiency in device and system design.
Technical Requirements & Skills
Experience: 2+ years in IoT engineering, embedded systems, or related roles.
- Programming: Embedded C/C++, Python, or Node.js.
- Protocols: MQTT, CoAP, HTTP, BLE, or Zigbee.
- Cloud: AWS, Azure, or Google IoT services integration experience.
- Security: Knowledge of IoT device security and OTA update mechanisms.
