Your Opportunity as a CRM Automation Expert
As a CRM Automation Expert on BeGig, you’ll work on freelance projects focused on designing, implementing, and optimizing automated workflows within CRM systems. You’ll help businesses streamline sales, marketing, and customer operations by reducing manual work and improving data accuracy—without the constraints of a traditional full-time role.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement CRM automation workflows for sales, marketing, and customer success
- Automate lead capture, routing, scoring, and follow-ups
- Build lifecycle automations, notifications, and task triggers
- Integrate CRM platforms with external tools and SaaS systems
- Create dashboards and reports to track automation effectiveness
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and CRM best practices
- Optimize and maintain existing CRM automations
- Support CRM user onboarding and documentation
- Deliver production-ready automation solutions aligned with business goals
What We’re Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience with CRM automation and workflows
- Expertise in CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar
- Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, native CRM automation)
- Understanding of sales funnels, marketing automation, and customer lifecycle
- Experience integrating APIs and webhooks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable automations
- A self-driven freelancer who can independently own and deliver automation work
