Role Overview
- Design and develop conversational chatbots using platforms like Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or Rasa.
- Integrate chatbots with APIs, databases, and external systems for seamless functionality.
- Implement NLP algorithms to improve chatbot comprehension and responsiveness.
- Optimize chatbot performance and accuracy through continuous training and testing.
- Work with UX/UI designers to create engaging, user-friendly chatbot interfaces.
Technical Requirements & Skills
- Experience: 2+ years in chatbot development or NLP-related fields.
- Tools: Experience with Dialogflow, Rasa, Botpress, or similar chatbot frameworks.
- NLP: Familiarity with NLP tools and libraries like spaCy, NLTK, or BERT.
- Programming: Strong skills in Python, JavaScript, or other relevant languages.
- Integration: Experience integrating chatbots with web, mobile, and social media platforms.
