Job Description
Acquisition Manager
Reporting to the Digital Manager within the Marketing department, you will be responsible for piloting and coordinating acquisition channels to generate traffic and qualified leads on the website. The objective is to contribute to the growth of Web Sales, profitability, and brand awareness for BECQUET.
Responsibilities:
- Budgetary management of acquisition levers.
- Developing the acquisition strategy based on sales, profitability, customer profiles, and product segments.
- Implementing and monitoring campaigns in collaboration with expert agencies and internal company departments.
Missions:
- Implement the traffic acquisition strategy, proposing budget allocation and negotiating the best deals with agencies.
- Ensure campaign briefs and follow-ups are completed.
- Pilot product feeds using specialized tools in coordination with the agency and the IT department.
- Monitor and steer campaigns according to set objectives and KPIs, utilizing analytical tools, attribution models, and target audiences.
Network Collaboration:
- Internally, work closely with the Web Animation Manager and provide reports to the data/conversion team.
- Externally, manage agency partners from onboarding to billing.
- Stay informed about innovations in acquisition marketing and monitor the competition, implementing actions based on a "test and learn" approach.
Your Profile:
- Higher education (Bac +4/5) from a Business School.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within an e-commerce, retail, or mass distribution company/agency.
- Knowledge of the e-commerce business and a commitment to staying updated on e-commerce trends, new technologies, and competition.
- A strong analytical ability and a knack for interpreting data.
- A commercial mindset and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to persuade and collaborate across teams.
- Rigorous and methodical work approach.
