Your Role as an Inside Sales Representative at Bechtle NV
You will support account managers in developing customer-centric IT solutions, translating client needs into accurate quotes, and ensuring quality, pricing, and follow-up. This role is crucial in maintaining strong client and vendor relationships while expanding Bechtle's market presence.
Your specific responsibilities include:
- Analyzing customer IT needs and preparing appropriate quotes for hardware, software, and services.
- Coordinating with account managers and presales consultants to define the optimal solution.
- Ensuring accuracy of quotes and actively following up with clients and vendors.
- Maintaining communication with vendors and distributors, timely requesting price inquiries or renewals.
- Providing administrative and commercial support to account managers to foster client relationships.
- Independently keeping your knowledge of internal systems and the Bechtle portfolio up-to-date.
- Attending vendor trainings to strengthen your product expertise.
Your Profile
We are looking for a candidate who brings a blend of commercial acumen and IT interest. You should be a structured, result-oriented team player with a passion for continuous development.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience or strong affinity within a commercial or technical IT environment.
- Ability to work in a structured manner, maintaining oversight of multiple concurrent quotes.
- A commercial mindset with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
- Keen interest in the IT market and a drive for continuous professional development.
- A proactive approach to expanding your expertise and taking commercial/technical responsibility.
- Result-oriented work ethic, taking full ownership of your dossiers.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree level of thinking and working.
- Fluent in Dutch and English. French is a definite plus.
