Overview

Bechtel Corporation, a global leader since 1898, is seeking a Testing and Commissioning Manager. You will lead Commissioning and Startup (CSU) activities on large-scale projects, ensuring technical excellence and successful project execution.

Job Summary

In this role, you will provide leadership, oversight, guidance, training, and mentoring to the CSU team. You will coordinate with project management, engineering, construction, and clients to integrate the startup plan, manage progress reporting, and implement course corrections to meet goals, schedules, and requirements.

Major Responsibilities

• Oversee commissioning, startup, and operations activities on projects.
• Direct CSU engineering assignments and conduct performance reviews.
• Coordinate with project management, engineering, construction, and client teams.
• Prepare operations manuals and manage progress reporting.
• Plan execution schedules, procedures, and budgets, while mitigating risks.

Education & Experience Requirements

Requires a bachelor's or master's degree with 13-15 years of relevant experience, or 17-19 years for extensive work exposure.

Required Knowledge & Skills

• Experience in large-scale combined cycle power projects.
• Knowledge of commissioning behind the meter power generation.
• Familiarity with integrating power facilities in data centres.
• Expertise in CSU processes and procedures.
• Strong communication skills for technical and client presentations.
