Overview

Beca’s Business Development team supports our technical and market-facing leaders to strengthen client relationships and win work. In this junior-level role, you will assist with pursuits, bids, marketing, award content and event coordination while contributing to sales pipeline management and data insight sharing.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in bid coordination and proposal preparation for the Water team.
  • Help prepare marketing materials and award submissions.
  • Support event coordination and relationship building with clients.
  • Contribute to sales pipeline management and reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with a Senior Business Development Advisor and the broader Clients & Markets team.
