About Beauty Brand Boutique

We are a fast-growing international portfolio of beauty brands, built to create products people genuinely love and use every day.

We’re looking for a self-motivated, results-driven Head of Growth to join our portfolio. This role is for a hands-on operator with deep experience in eCommerce marketing who knows how to build, scale, and run profitable DTC brands.

You’ll own both strategy and execution, identify and drive expansion opportunities, and deliver year-over-year growth in revenue and margin.

What You’ll Be Responsible For as Head of Growth:

Financial & Commercial Ownership
  • Own P&L performance across DTC brands.
  • Set commercial targets and adjust strategy based on results.
  • Balance growth with disciplined cost control.
Operations & Systems Development
  • Drive the success of the brand in terms of daily business operations, quality, and sales.
  • Own operational execution for launches, inventory, and go-to-market readiness.
  • Create and enforce SOPs across growth, operations, and product.
  • Build scalable systems that support repeatable execution and future growth.
Growth Strategy & Execution
  • Build and lead the brand strategy, translating founder vision into execution.
  • Lead growth strategy and hands-on execution.
  • Identify and execute new growth and revenue opportunities.
Team Leadership
  • Lead cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Build a strong culture of ownership and accountability.

Job Requirements

  • Strong experience and understanding of eCommerce marketing – you may have begun your career in a paid marketing role.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data, shaping strategies accordingly.
  • Deeply commercial, highly organized, and execution-focused, excellent at managing timelines.
  • Calm under pressure, decisive, and accountable for outcomes.
  • Startup mindset: thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Collaborative leader and proactive problem-solver.
  • Fluent in English.
