Bearaby is seeking a highly motivated and innovative Creative Strategist with expertise in ad development, content strategy, and creative direction to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for ideating and executing ad concepts, creating high-converting landing page strategies, guiding video and design production, and collaborating closely with content creators and other team members to deliver cohesive brand messaging across multiple touchpoints. You'll have the opportunity to shape and elevate Bearaby’s creative vision across ads, social media, and native content, with a focus on driving engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.Duties and Responsibilities
Ad and Content Strategy Development
- Ideate and develop compelling ad concepts and content angles tailored to different customer segments.
- Create and optimize high-performing ads for digital platforms while maintaining brand integrity.
- Identify trends and insights in creative advertising and incorporate them into campaign strategies.
- Write clear, persuasive ad copy and messaging for different platforms and audience segments.
Script Writing for Content Creators
- Develop engaging scripts for content creators and influencers, ensuring alignment with brand voice, tone, and values.
- Collaborate with influencers and content creators to guide them through the creative process and provide feedback to ensure the content resonates with the target audience.
Content Creator Sourcing and Management
- Source, build, and maintain relationships with influencers, creators, and collaborators that align with Bearaby's brand and values.
- Manage and track creative collaborations, ensuring projects are on time, on budget, and on-brand.
Creative Direction
- Work closely with in-house graphic designers and video editors to provide creative direction and ensure cohesive and visually compelling content.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop visually stunning assets for ads, social posts, and landing pages.
- Offer feedback and iterative guidance to ensure the creative execution aligns with strategic goals.
Customer Persona Development
- Lead the development and refinement of customer personas based on audience research, data, and insights.

Landing Page Strategy

- Experience: 3+ years of experience in creative strategy, advertising, content creation, or a related role. Previous experience in the direct-to-consumer (DTC) / e-commerce industry is essential, with a strong understanding of the US and Europe markets and their respective trends.
- Creative Vision: Strong portfolio showcasing creative work, including ad concepts, content creation, and landing pages. Expertise in digital content creation and strategy. Excellent writing and editing skills, with experience writing for various platforms (digital, social, native ads).
- Skills & Tools: Proficiency in creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva or Figma, and video editing software. Strong creative direction skills, with the ability to manage and collaborate with designers and video editors. Deep understanding of digital advertising platforms and analytics (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Google Analytics).
- Strong Communication: Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to work cross-functionally. Experience working with content creators and influencers to create authentic, engaging content. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to develop strategies based on customer data and insights.
