Today’s security teams are drowning in noisy, inconsistent telemetry collected through brittle pipelines and legacy tooling that were never designed for the speed, scale, or complexity of today’s environments. We’re a team of engineers, researchers, and builders creating a security-first data platform that shapes, enriches, and routes the right data to the right systems – from SIEMs to data lakes to AI-powered investigation tools. Role Overview
We’re looking for a Product Manager, Security Data Platform to own how Beacon ingests, shapes, normalizes, enriches, and routes security telemetry.
What You’ll Do
- Define product requirements across ingestion, schema design, enrichment, and routing.
- Translate complex technical ideas into prioritized roadmaps.
- Partner with users to understand real-world telemetry workflows.
- Lead cross-functional planning.
- Own product quality metrics including reliability, latency, and correctness.
- Advocate for simplicity and clarity in platform design.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years in technical PM or engineering roles.
- Understanding of distributed systems, pipelines, or security telemetry.
- Clear communication of complex systems.
- Experience with enterprise users.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in cloud security, SIEMs, data lakes, or detection engineering.
- Schema evolution or ETL design experience.
