Area Sales Manager Nordics Markets
BEA Sensors Europe is seeking an Area Sales Manager for its European Business Unit to cover the Northern European markets (Nordics and Baltics). The role is based at the Liège Science Park in Belgium.
Mission
The primary mission of the Area Sales Manager is to identify opportunities, develop, and close sales within BEA’s core business segment: pedestrian detection solutions. This role reports to the Head of Area and collaborates closely with Technical Sales and Inside Sales teams to achieve defined objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow sales with existing clients, fostering partnerships with key local accounts and OEM subsidiaries.
- Develop a clear strategy (supported by KPIs), identify, and convert sales opportunities with both existing clients and prospects.
- Conduct training sessions for client commercial and/or technical staff on BEA’s products and sales techniques.

Additional Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Account Manager or similar sales role.
- High proficiency in French and English (C1 level). Additional languages (Swedish, Danish, Finnish) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel abroad for approximately 30% of your time (1 week out of 3) to represent BEA.
- Proficiency with numbers, statistics, and presentations (internal BI tools and Office suite).
