About the Customer Service Associate Role
Join the dynamic team at Cooee Inc in Makati as a Customer Service Associate responsible for post-sales support, order management, and customer inquiries. This role supports our retail accounts and utilizes internal systems like Freshdesk, W3APP, and Shopify to maintain effective communication between customers, suppliers, and the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with customers for post-sales inquiries and delivery updates.
- Handle warranty claims and coordinate with suppliers.
- Manage administrative tasks using MS Office, spreadsheets, and CRM tools.
- Update order statuses and maintain accurate records.
- Support senior project managers in preparation and presentation tasks.
What We Are Looking For
This role is ideal for fresh graduates and entry-level candidates with up to 5 years of experience, who are eager to learn, solutions-driven, organized, and have strong English communication skills for phone and email support.
