Job Summary
BDO is seeking a manager level candidate to support project delivery activities for civilian agencies. This role involves providing significant subject matter expertise in areas such as business processes, policies, change management, strategic planning, and workforce planning. The candidate will interact with clients, draft status reports, and work closely with engagement team management.
Job Duties
- Deliver a full range of services leveraging educational background and experience.
- Research and present findings on federal initiatives and critical infrastructure resilience.
- Support business development and client engagement through detailed analysis and presentations.
- Coordinate with client leadership on strategy, planning, and execution of project tasks.
- Develop documentation, standard operating procedures, and process maps.
- Manage multiple tasks, prepare reports, and maintain key client relationships.
- Supervise, mentor, and provide performance feedback to Public Sector staff.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master’s preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in operations, analysis, management, or IT.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required.
- Ability to obtain government clearance and willingness to travel for client site visits.
Compensation Details
Salary ranges across various states (e.g., California, Colorado, NYC) are between $105,000 and $135,000.
