We are looking for a Junior or Senior Cloud IT Specialist in one of our offices nationwide, preferably in Düsseldorf, Cologne, or in home office. If you have experience in on-premise IT infrastructure administration and are ready to delve into Cloud Computing, or if you already have experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure, this role is for you.

Your Responsibilities as a Cloud IT Specialist - IT Operations

• You operate, maintain, and monitor IT infrastructure systems within the Microsoft Windows Server and Client environment, SQL databases, and the Azure Cloud.
• You are responsible for incident management across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-Level support.
• You create and maintain essential Business Continuity documentation for IT infrastructure services.
• You participate in projects, supporting the further development of IT operations and the implementation of future IT requirements.
• You manage needs and services within your assigned area of responsibility.
• You maintain dialogue and contacts with customers, manufacturers, and suppliers, coordinating collaboration.

What You Bring to the Table

• You possess strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Client and Server) and other common Microsoft systems and software products.
• You have several years of professional experience in Microsoft On-Premise environments as well as with Microsoft Azure Cloud services for IaaS, PaaS, and Microsoft 365.
• You have experience with IT service processes and are ideally ITIL-certified.
• You work independently, systematically, structurally, and methodically, thinking conceptually and across systems.
• You bring a high degree of responsibility and a pronounced service-oriented mentality.
• You demonstrate resilience, flexibility, initiative, and commitment.
