Your Opportunity
The Calgary office is seeking an Administrative Team Lead to support the Assurance and Accounting service line for the Alberta group. In this role, you will:
- Oversee the administration team across Alberta offices.
- Resolve operational issues and address staff concerns.
- Perform administrative tasks such as calendar management, drafting letters, and organizing client meetings.
- Coach, mentor, and manage performance for team members.
- Coordinate staff schedules and vacations ensuring proper coverage.
- Continuously improve work processes using tools and technology.
- Lead or contribute to special projects.

Your Experience And Education
- 3-5 years in business support or project coordination in an international environment.
- Minimum 3 years of team management experience.
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office with strong Excel skills (pivot tables, macros).
- Excellent verbal and written English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, coordination skills, and ability to multitask.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work autonomously.
