Your Opportunity

The Calgary office is seeking an Administrative Team Lead to support the Assurance and Accounting service line for the Alberta group. In this role, you will:

  • Oversee the administration team across Alberta offices.
  • Resolve operational issues and address staff concerns.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as calendar management, drafting letters, and organizing client meetings.
  • Coach, mentor, and manage performance for team members.
  • Coordinate staff schedules and vacations ensuring proper coverage.
  • Continuously improve work processes using tools and technology.
  • Lead or contribute to special projects.

Your Experience And Education

  • 3-5 years in business support or project coordination in an international environment.
  • Minimum 3 years of team management experience.
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office with strong Excel skills (pivot tables, macros).
  • Excellent verbal and written English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, coordination skills, and ability to multitask.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work autonomously.
