Essential Functions

The responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a clean work area and reporting safety hazards.
  • Participating in safety programs and initiatives throughout the plant.
  • Observing all Quality and GMP Standards.
  • Setting up, troubleshooting, adjusting, and operating equipment within specified ranges.
  • Performing changeovers, quality inspections, and basic preventative maintenance.
  • Maintaining and handling inventory as necessary.
  • Participating in continuous improvement activities including BD Production System (BDPS).

Other Responsibilities

Comply with all local, state, federal and BD Safety & Environmental Regulations and Quality Policies. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements include being 18 years or older and the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. A high school diploma or GED and 1 year of manufacturing experience are preferred.

Work Arrangement

This position is primarily on-site with a requirement of at least 4 days per week in the office, supporting safety and effective collaboration.
