Role Overview
The AI Technical Product Manager role focuses on architecting and deploying AI solutions for BCI's $35 billion global Private Equity portfolio. You will develop LLM-powered document intelligence, real-time analytics dashboards, and automated workflows that streamline investment operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy AI/ML solutions for document intelligence and data extraction.
- Develop and maintain analytics dashboards and automated workflows.
- Collaborate with teams across Victoria, London, and New York.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Build scalable, secure cloud-native integrations.
Technical Requirements
- Experience with LLMs (ChatGPT/OpenAI, Anthropic) and prompt engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and full-stack web technologies (Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js).
- Familiarity with Databricks, Azure Cloud, Terraform, and RESTful APIs.
- Understanding of analytics tools like Power BI and dashboard creation.
Operational Engagement
Work with Private Equity operations and cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs. Engage in requirements gathering, testing, and continuous improvement processes.
Location & Salary
This position is based in downtown Victoria, BC with relocation support provided if needed. The salary range is CAD 103,000 - 124,000 annually.
