Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Web Developer III with strong expertise in Python and modern web application development to help build the next generation of AI-powered computer-use agents. This role focuses on designing, developing, and scaling web applications that simulate real-world user interactions, enabling researchers to train and evaluate advanced AI systems.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with experience building end-to-end web applications using a Python backend, enjoys solving complex technical problems, and has an interest in AI research and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance web applications using Python-based technologies.
Build and maintain scalable application simulation frameworks used for AI agent training and evaluation.
Collaborate closely with AI researchers to implement new application features and research capabilities.
Develop and maintain data pipelines supporting application simulations.
Create clean, intuitive, and high-quality user interfaces for web applications.
Contribute to infrastructure supporting next-generation AI systems.
Participate in technical discussions, architecture planning, and code reviews.
Work independently while collaborating with cross-functional engineering and research teams.

Required Qualifications

5–7 years of professional software engineering experience.
3+ years of hands-on Python development experience.
Strong experience building web applications with a Python backend.
Experience designing and maintaining data pipelines.
Solid understanding of modern web development principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Passion for learning and working on cutting-edge AI technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AI, machine learning, or computer vision.
Exposure to AI research environments or research-driven engineering teams.
Experience developing application simulators or interactive web platforms.
Strong UI/UX or graphic design skills with an eye for building polished web applications.
Portfolio of web applications built end-to-end with publicly available code (GitHub or similar) is highly preferred.
