Job Type: Remote

Pay Range: $40/hr. - $45/hr.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly resourceful Project Coordinator III with a strong background in AI-assisted development, automation, web applications, and project coordination. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using modern AI coding tools and LLM-based development assistants to rapidly prototype, iterate, and deliver features, while also coordinating multiple project workstreams across developers, content producers, and cross-functional teams.

This role will support the development and maintenance of web-based project sites and internal tooling that surface project updates, milestone tracking, and status reporting. You will leverage AI-powered workflows to accelerate production timelines, reduce manual processes, streamline operations, and improve project visibility.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with engineering skills and an AI-focused background, but who is not necessarily a traditional full-time software engineer. The role places greater emphasis on AI-assisted development, automation, rapid prototyping, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Use approved AI-based coding tools and LLM development assistants such as Claude Code, Gemini, MyClaw, or equivalent tools to rapidly prototype, build, and iterate on features.
• Develop and maintain web applications/sites and internal project-tracking tools.
• Submit code diffs and work within established code review and development workflows.
• Coordinate project workstreams across content producers, developers, external developers, and cross-functional partners.
• Track project deliverables, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and overall execution.
• Build and maintain automation workflows connecting web sites and internal content management systems for real-time project tracking and status reporting.
• Leverage AI-powered workflows to accelerate production timelines and reduce manual operational processes.
• Rapidly prototype and integrate AI capabilities into daily operations, including code generation, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
• Work directly with platform and developer teams on feature enhancements, site improvements, and tooling.
• Maintain accurate, accessible, and up-to-date project documentation.
• Monitor project sites and internal tools to verify expected performance and data accuracy.
• Identify and flag issues to appropriate stakeholders and help drive resolution.
• Assist teams with onboarding to new product requirements, AI tool adoption, and updated workflows.
• Support automation architecture involving system integrations, triggers, and data flows across multiple tools.
• Apply Agile methodologies and project management best practices to coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines, and project dependencies.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in application development, AI-assisted development, vibe coding, project coordination, or a related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Gemini, MyClaw, or equivalent LLM-based development assistants.
• Experience with AI-assisted/vibe coding workflows to rapidly prototype, iterate, and ship features.
• Experience submitting code diffs and working within code review workflows.
• Experience building and maintaining web applications or websites.
• Experience integrating AI into production pipelines, development operations, or business workflows.
• Experience with agent-based workflows, prompt engineering, and AI code generation.
• Experience building or maintaining automation workflows that connect systems, triggers, and data flows across tools.
• Experience coordinating project workstreams, including deliverables, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Experience coordinating multi-track projects involving external developers.
• Familiarity with project management systems and their integration with production tooling.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Strong problem-solving and resourcefulness.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing platforms and/or applications, including familiarity with UX patterns, interaction design, or visual production for digital products.
• Background in the Entertainment industry, including experience working with production studios or streaming services.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
