Start your journey with BCD Travel: Grow, connect, collaborate and celebrate with our global team. As a Travel Consultant, you are the face of our company. You’ll communicate and respond to requests from current and new clients, helping them travel smart and achieve more.

Responsibilities

• Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer.
• Understand client travel policies and provide consultation.
• Fulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.).
• Provide required industry information including fares, exchange costs, and penalties.
• Review operational processes and suggest improvements.
• Maintain continuous communication and update knowledge of the travel industry.

Requirements

• Travel agent experience.
• Proficiency in GDS Sabre.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Solid working knowledge of travel industry policies and procedures.

Compensation & Schedule

This full time position is remote in the United States, with work hours from 9am - 6pm PT. Salary ranges between $50,000 and $55,000, based on skills and experience.
