About the Role
Start your journey with BCD Travel: Grow, connect, collaborate and celebrate with our global team. As a Travel Consultant, you are the face of our company. You’ll communicate and respond to requests from current and new clients, helping them travel smart and achieve more.
Responsibilities
- Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer.
- Understand client travel policies and provide consultation.
- Fulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.).
- Provide required industry information including fares, exchange costs, and penalties.
- Review operational processes and suggest improvements.
- Maintain continuous communication and update knowledge of the travel industry.
Requirements
- Travel agent experience.
- Proficiency in GDS Sabre.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Solid working knowledge of travel industry policies and procedures.

Compensation & Schedule
This full time position is remote in the United States, with work hours from 9am - 6pm PT. Salary ranges between $50,000 and $55,000, based on skills and experience.
