The CSS IPCM Senior Project Manager is responsible for delivering various projects and programs, encompassing customer implementations, internal product rollouts, and core business process changes. This role involves managing projects or programs of medium to high complexity, which is determined by the scale, scope, number of countries, or specific customer/product intricacies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan projects meticulously according to defined scopes.
• Leverage regional, local, and cross-departmental resources effectively to support project execution.
• Be accountable for local, regional, and global project coordination, especially across multi-national countries.
• Control and utilize established project management methodologies, tools, and processes (PMP, OPPM, Prince2, Six Sigma) through all project phases (scope, plan, analyze, initiate, execute, monitor, control).
• Facilitate effective and constant communication among all project participants, both internal and external.
• Drive decision-making and escalation processes concerning assigned projects.

About You

• Previous experience within the travel industry is essential.
• Proven experience in a qualified project management role, proficient with project management software.
• Demonstrated success in leading medium-complexity projects within travel management operations.
• Ability to skillfully facilitate and resolve risks, issues, and potential showstoppers.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English are a must.

For candidates in applicable US jurisdictions, the salary range for the Senior Project Manager, IPCM position is between $80,000 and $95,000, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location.
