HR Business Partner at BCD Travel
Start your journey with BCD Travel, a market leader in travel management. This remote, full-time HR Business Partner position in the United States is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. This role supports effective performance management, ensures optimal organizational alignment, and serves as a trusted consultant on People and Culture related issues. You will provide critical HR consultation, adding significant value through extensive HR knowledge, functional expertise, and strong business acumen. This position requires close partnership with regional HR Business Partners to ensure consistent People & Culture practices globally, dealing with stakeholders across different regions and cultures.
As an HR Business Partner, you will:
- Support NORAM and Global leaders and their teams, partnering closely with regional HRBPs to maintain consistency of HR strategies, processes, and best practices.
- Guide the implementation of Talent Management initiatives, including organizational development, succession planning, performance management, employee engagement/satisfaction, recognition, employee relations, and data analysis.
- Serve as a member of the management team for designated Business Groups.
- Support discussions and transfer best practices from different functions across the organization.
- Guide leadership in people management and act as a facilitator for the management team.
- Partner with and coach the business leadership team to facilitate organizational and cultural change, leading change management projects.
- Educate the business on People and Culture trends that affect operations.
- Develop and implement Employee Relations strategies to enhance workforce performance, build strategic capabilities, mitigate risk, and foster direct relationships between management and employees.
About You:
- Demonstrated HR Business Partner expertise, including partnering with leaders in global settings and navigating international HR practices.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong background in foundational HR knowledge and strategic HR matters.
- Strong communication skills, trust/credibility, and the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- Analytical skills, with a proven ability to diagnose challenges and identify and drive appropriate solutions.
- Demonstrated proficiency in multiple HR functional areas, including employee relations, organizational development, and leadership development.
- Ability to travel for business (if applicable).
- HR Certification such as HRCI (US) is a plus.
