About the Role

The Software Developer Analyst plays a key role in developing and enhancing enterprise technology solutions at BCAA. Focus is on Workday and other SaaS technologies to support HRIS platforms and ERP systems, delivered within a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions with a focus on Workday projects and integrations.
  • Build and maintain applications using C#, .NET, and REST APIs.
  • Develop and troubleshoot integrations between Workday and other ERP/SaaS platforms.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, business stakeholders, and technical teams for scalable systems.
  • Conduct unit and integration testing, provide technical documentation, and support release activities.

A detail-oriented, proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment. You have strong communication skills while balancing technical delivery and stakeholder needs.

Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Computing Science or equivalent experience.
  • 4-6 years of application development experience, coding in C# and .NET.
  • Experience with REST APIs, SQL Server, XML, and integration architectures.
  • Experience in an agile work environment, with a bonus for Workday development skills.
