What You Bring
- At least 2 years’ experience in a sales and service environment.
- Minimum 6 months of general insurance experience.
- Level 1 Insurance license with commitment to secure Level 2 license within 12 months.
- Completion or commitment to complete Autoplan Essentials within 3 months.
- Comfortable using technology including MS Office.
- Bonus: Experience with home insurance, ICBC systems, additional language skills.
Daily Responsibilities
- Recommend insurance products and services to current and new customers.
- Secure and renew policies by reviewing coverage and providing in-person and phone advice.
- Collaborate with support teams and underwriting for right coverage recommendations.
- Manage customer accounts from payments to policy documentation.
- Participate in training courses and maintain licensing requirements.
