Within the NFR CIB Management & Monitoring team, we are looking for an individual to help us optimize and automate the various processes we are involved in. The chosen person will join as an Area Wizard, providing support not only to the team but to the entire department. Additionally, they will participate in the design and measurement of various quality metrics and NFR monitoring indicators.

The selected individual will join the team as a technological and AI reference for the department, bringing quick, innovative, and efficient solutions to the challenges that arise.

Qualifications

We are looking for a person with a university degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, or engineering, with solid knowledge in programming, artificial intelligence, and Business Intelligence tools. Additionally, they must have experience with ADA and programming languages such as Python and JavaScript. Knowledge of SQL is also desirable.
The selected person must have native Spanish proficiency and a minimum B2 English level (C1 desirable). Proactivity, continuous learning, customer focus, and teamwork are essential.
